On July 5th, one of our parents and a trained mediator facilitated a workshop for all GGT teachers to learn more about conflict resolution. As learning new things should never stop in life, no matter how old, GGT always strives to further educate our motivated teachers. Two opposing parties can choose different successful ways to work towards a resolution: they can move towards each other and find a compromise, they can collaborate or compete with each other, or they can even avoid each other.
